Promised weekly pay far above what current employees are earning. Promised health, life, and dental insurance that not a single employee has. The paid housing is actually staying in the office. The per diem is a reembersment months after.
The equipment is unsafe and will not pass DOT. Jake basically promises an income high enough to get someone interested and to move to Colorado only to find out that it is not obtainable without working to many hours and with poor equipment.
