Charles Ingram Not applicable Stole money Smithfield North Carolina

I paid $1,266 for the benifit of building my Credit file. He was suppose ADD 3 Primary Tradelines to my file for funding.

He told me it would take 72 hours for it to show on my file. As of this writing, it was not done.

Giving him an opportunity for redemption, he has stalled and lied to avoid paying me back. For example, he told me he deleted the Invoice because his Hard Drive was full! He would not give me the contact information to the individuals that were to provide the Tradelines.

I filed a complaint with the North Carolina Consumer Protection Agency. File Number CP-20-00428. They have been repsonsive to my situation.
