I purchased a brand new fur coat from charlesfurs and after wearing the coat 2 times I discovered a 5 in rip in my new coat. Upon further examination I found 9 additional holes in the coat#9304180819. All the skins in this coat are rotten. Any movement of this coat and the skins break away. I have gotten a refund of $400.00 Canadian dollars from charlesfurs I cannot wear this coat and it cannot be repaired. Fix one skin and a hole will appear in another skin

I won an ebay auction for a brand new fur coat from charlesfurs.I got the coat in November 2006. I wore the coat twice and I discovered a large rip in the skin above a pocket. I contacted Charles and he told me to take the coat to a furrier and get the coat fixed.Upon further examinarion I discovered several more holes in the coat.My emails went unsanswered until I contacted email.He then refunded me $400.00 Canadian funds to have the coat fixed. I purchased the coat with $900.00 USD.I am told this coat cannot be fixed. Why should I lose more than $500.00 because this man was out to scam me.#9304180819
He told me that he made this coat for me and I have been told a furrier would not work with skins. The skins are too decayed.
By the time I contacted ebay the 60 days grace had expired
