I ordered a customized jersey for my son for Christmas.  As of February 5th, it was not recieved.  I contacted customer service requesting a status on my order 5 times.  I received one reply stating basically it would be shipped when it was done.

And I just recieved this one when I contacted support and told them I was going to report their website.

  You are doing business with counterfeiters in China.   If I were you I wouldn't rely on their inherent honesty.   They are in the business of stealing.

  If I were you I'd contact the card company and dispute the charge.   Card companies only give you a limited time to dispute, so do it now.    This company is hoping you'll wait for their refund until the dispute clock has run out.  Then your money will be theirs.
