Check Processing Bureau Enforcement Division "URGENT COMMUNICATION", "CIVIL and CRIMINAL action", "THE CHOICE IS YOURS", New York New York

I received two letters stating the same thing and dated the same day telling me I bounced a $188.90 check.

Both letters seemed to imply I owed money to Eastbay because that is listed on the same line as the check amount I owe.

I knew immediately it might be fraudulant because it did not give me any details as to check number, bank it was drawn on, store the check was bounced at.

One letter was signed by Sanford Hutton (Extension 112), the other letter was signed by Doug Lewis (extension 104)
