When I hired Dave, he led me to believe he was the one who would service my pool & spa but in reality, uses untrained workers. My waterfall did not work for 6 wks. due to his failure to clean the cartridge, which ruined my pump motor. Both pool & waterfall were green w/ algae due to imbalanced chemicals. The acid level of the spa was so high it was "off the charts." He is the elusive boss you can never reach and doesn't get back to you. Despite the fact I was a good customer who even paid 2 mo. in advance, he refused to refund my money. His response was a "F*** you" email. Guess that sums up his lack of professionalism in how he runs his business and how little he cares about his customers.
