I purchased 2 courses on Chris Virgin's website which offers a 30 day back guarantee after you have done all the steps of the program. I did all steps and decided that the program was not what I thought. The way it was advertised and what I received are different. I sent an email asking for my money back for the courses as I could not access one and the other was not what I paid for, I sent everything that was asked of me. That was the last time I heard from chrisvirginacademy.com, no replies, no refund, no contact. I advice consumers to stay away unless you are positive the program is for you.
