Citibank will use absolutely any excuse to raise your Credit card APR Sioux Falls South Dakota
*Consumer Suggestion: It doesn't matter what your APR is...
*Consumer Comment: Best advice? Avoid Citibank altogether!
Beware of Citibank Credit Cards. They will use absolutely any excuse to raise your APR to 30%. I made one payment to increase my availble credit for a business trip (not the minimum or due payment, I'd made a substantial payment a week earlier).
Due to a deposit made to my account being returned my payment to Citibank was returned NSF. Understand this NSF didn't cause my account to be past due or overlimit but this one act triggered an automatic increase of the APR to almost 30%.
If you get a Citibank Card make absolutely sure you pay by the due date, never have an NSF and never go over the credit limit.

If you don't charge more than you can pay off each month. Then they won't be charging you any finance charges. The heck with them!

Plain and simple as that.
This company is unjust and corrupt in its practices - and if you end up having problems with any of their services (including their credit cards), you better not expect to recieve any kind of help from them.
