I have used this company for years to clean my windows and screens. I have not had any type of problem in that aspect. The price has been reasonable. I will say they are usually late and you do have to remind them of all you want done ie screens, tracks, etc. (One year I didn't and they didn't clean the tracks, but I called the owner and he sent them back to fix it the next day, no charge of course). I had them pressure wash the house one year with no problems. I did have them stain my deck, this didn't turn out so well, I would stick with the window cleaning, but upon talking to the owner and complaining about "good customer service" it was fixed in no time.
