Simply put, I paid for a service I never received. I'm a senior on SS, Dr Valerie Anderson refused my $174.00 refund, even though she could not provide a clear view perscription, what a horrible experience.

The most unprofessional, dysfunctional group of people I've ever encountered, utilizing a new wave of automated average eye sight perscriptions. Stay far, far away.
