Coastal Wireless is stealing $349.00 Tucson Arizona

My daughter, Cynthia is being pursued by a Collection Agency called Scottsdale Collection services, LLC. The collection company claims that she owes Coastal Wireless $349.00. My daughter has never had an account with Coastal Wireless, has had no contact with this company and has no idea who they are.
I am fed up with companies that somehow get one's name and address and hit the person with huge bills just to see if they can get the money. Many times these "debts" end up on credit reports and can cause big problems.
