Ordering from this place was a nightmare. Order an expensive over $700 custom display case. Something that was to take 4 wks to deliver ended up taking 12 wks. Very unprofessional, no customer service, felt that I was dealing with a mom/pop operation. original shipping item was lost due to company error of address. Company did not care, I had to track the item down. Company did not send all items ordered even though I was charged. Company did not want to send the missing item at first. Do not do bussiness with them. Not worth the money.

This person complaining created the problem. The employee who placed the order gave and incorrect address and UPS delivered there order to the address the custom gave which caused a long delay in getting the order completed. The complainant knows this and caused this delay but told their employer it was our mistake. She know this fact but wants to pass off her mistake on to us.
It is true, we are a family owned business and have provided museum quality display case for over two decades. Our craftsmanship is know world wide.
