Color the World offers lotions and lipsticks for on-line sale. The colors are not as portrayed and the lotions have a bad odor to them. They refuse to even discuss refund. There is no way to reach them othere that email and one just gets a programmed resonse back. No address or phone number provided. When refund of funds is mentioned via email, one just receives a programmed computer response that tells you that you can get a coupon for 25% off additional lipsticks etc.
They are not interested in receiving true feedback on the products; each and every review is glowingly positive about the product. A percentage of the cost of their products is given to charities
I simply want the credit applied to my credit card or a check for $93 thank you

A lipstick is a very personal beauty item. We all develop preferences, both subtle and emphatic, over the years. The Color my World lipsticks are formulated for mature faces in that the lipsticks do not "bleed” or "feather” into the small wrinkles around the mouth. I am a "lipstick” gal in that I always wear it. While I don’t have "feathering” mentioned above, many lipsticks smear, feel sticky, or make my lips peel (like chapped lips). There is a compound in this brand that keeps my lipstick in place, and my lips smooth. The colors are wonderful, and a huge variety. Some I didn’t like as much as others, but the were still ok.
The ones I love, I adore! You really have to explore the website to see the tools they have to choose a good color. I’ve had several instances of purchasing, and I’m about to go back for a fourth. Buying online is always a bit of a crapshoot. If you’re particular, go to Dillard’s and try a bunch on and pay $35 for a tube in a designer name. I’m happy with my CTW lipsticks and all the colors I play with. Can’t speak to their customer service, but they seem to have a customer centric corporate vision, so maybe you just need to look a little harder. I have recommended this product many, many times and will continue to do so.
