Columbia house charged dvs to my credit card. When I called them they said it was my problem and there was nothing they could do so now I'am trying to find out if there's a way to get my money back

trust me you are not alone but in this case it seems that maybe theres also some type of identity theft goign on you need to contactyour credit card company dispute the charges for one and let them know whats goign on and the fact that the movies was mailed to a diffrent adress points to identity theft or atleast credit card number theft so u need to see what u need to do in filing on that as well.
most the problems ive seen on this is soemwhat diffrent from my complaint but along the same lines im sure youve read a few of the reports on here about columbia house.. dont seem to be a reputable company sepically from my exsepriance as well

Columbia House sent dvd movies to an address in New York.
I didn't order any dvd's but they still charged $75.00 to my
debit card.
