Ralph Stritmatter is a Lier and a Thief. KEEPS VEHICLE WAY TO LONG FOR SIMPLE STUFF. CHARGES TWICE FOR THE SAME THING REPAIRED. I AM NOW HAVING TO PAY ANOTHER MECHANIC TO CORRECT THINGS I PAID THIS SHOP TO DO. THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN THEY LEFT A PART OFF THAT EFFECTED MY STEERING. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A BIG SAFETY ISSUE THAT A CLAMP WAS NOT PUT BACK ON MY TIE ROD END AND THAT I COULD HAVE LOST MY STEERING AT ANY TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO MY WORST ENEMY
