The recorded message we got when we called the office in New York we were told to allow 4 weeks for delivery.

After 8 weeks we called back and was told the mailbox was full and to try again later. We have yet to talk to anyone on this matter.

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
