*Consumer Suggestion: Demand your refund in writing
I ordered America's Secret Cash Giveaways from Communications Publishing in October of 2003.
My check was cashed that same month and as of December 26, 2003 I have not received the book. I have called the company and they provide no access to a physical human being.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Demand your refund in writing
AUTHOR: Jacqueline - (U.S.A.)

If you no longer want business dealings with them, demand your refund in writing, print information leaves you with more proof of communication.
Stephen Young is the President of this Direct Marketing Company. He has an unsatisfactory report at the New York BBB. They're pretty lax about standards, so when they say someone is unsatisfactory, the said-business really stinks.
Here is some contact information you might use to either get your product, or collect your refund:
Communications Publishing
996 Wall Street
New York, NY, 10208
212-340-1038
The other:
Stephen Young c/o
Communications Publishing
244 5th Avenue
New York, NY, 10001
212-591-0289
The second phone number might put your through to a real person. Phone calling is okay in tandem with a written letter.
It could be they're having a problem with filling inventory or just keeping up with orders in general. Haven't heard much else about them.
Don't take to long to collect that refund, because of Statutes of Limitations.
I'll get back as I find more info.
Hope this helps.
Happy New Year
