Compact Appliance accepted our money, delivered a defective product and refuses to honor the warranty despite our prompt report that the product did not work. They are rude, indifferent and unwilling to assist. They state that they intend to keep the money, but will do nothing to replace the product which was defective and inoperable on delivery.

I am sorry to read that this individual believes that our company sold them a defective product and that we are refusing to assist them. Every product that we sell through our site includes a service warranty which is administered by the manufacturer of the item. As a retailer, we do not administer warranty service but we will assist customers in contacting the correct service dept so they may receive the assistance they need under the terms of the warranty associated with the product that they purchased. If the customer related to this complaint truly has a defective product then they should contact us so we may direct them to the correct warranty service dept related to their item.
