after jumping through hoops to get them to stop billing me monthly for a trial product i didn't want, i finally got them to stop. that was about 2 years ago and they just started again. there was a number on that transaction so i called it and the woman in customer service said i would be reimbursing me. we will see but here is their new number (out of california not florida): (877)437-0115
