We used Computer Rx for our IT services and the service sucked. We had to contact several times to get any kind of assistance with anything on our pcs. The lack of response was terrible. Several things were not completed or were completed poorly. Programs were not installed or not removed from computers to maintain them properly. Employees constantly had issues that were not resolved for days. Would never recommend them to anyone.
