Consumer Preferred 45$ for nothing! ripoff Tampa

I too thought I would be receiving a Visa, or Mastercard with a $5,000.00 credit limit. I received my packet and saw nothing in the catalog that even remotely interested me. I called and asked to have my refund. They told me I had only a few days to get the packet back to them before the refund offer expired. I sent the packet back express mail, another 17.00, and have never received my $45.00 back as promised. My mail receipt guaranteed delivery one day before offer expired.
