75 year old housewife, recovering from major surgery and home alone was quoted $1400 to seal and paint her backyard fence. Not thinking clearly about getting another bid she said go ahead and do it. After he left, her next door neighbor told her that he offered to do the exact same work on her same size fence for half price.... just $700! Very unfair and unethical taking advantage of senior citizen.
