These guys are BAD NEWS. I mean bad, bad bad. COTTAM HEATING IS A SCAM. do not use them They lie,. they tell you one thing and do another. they charge me $ 9,000.00 and they NOT INSTALL NEW UNIT. they install cheap one they buy on CRAIGSLIST. Dyou elieve that? We called them and they lie.

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS you wan tto get a heart attack dealing with these LOSERS.

They refuse to give me even ONE DOLLARS back.
