Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
It seems the company was dissolved in December of 2015 and still apparently doing business. This company seems to be in love with charging fees time and time again without providing invoices for what the fee is for. They'll make statements and that everything is done and there's nothing else to do all paperwork has been signed and the loan will be done within a couple of days. Then there is a new fee or a delay in wiring the loan funds. The company cannot deliver can all parties should be arrested and placed in prison.

Please stop misrepresenting us! We never gave your organization a final approval in the assistance of your request and we will not be bullied into it. We never gave a final commitment in providing leadership throughout the lending process. We have always stated that this file was in a review process, based on our most recent review and pending further research!
During our efforts to assist with this transaction, we have experienced many road blocks from your group. Your firm has sent inaccurate information on a KYC, misrepresented dates on a passport which turned out that you didn't have one (your firm's CEO) that ultimately took four (4) months to resolve, Expired License and other misleading details to say the least. Inspite of this we adhered to your request to continue to provide assistance!
Recently you, your firm or someone from your (or associated with) organization uploaded another statement:
"Company has finally stated they are funding our deal. While I cannot remove this report completely, it is nice to see that they are going to honor their commitment for funding ourequest loan."
Its our understanding that we never communicated a commitment and that transaction was in final review as we worked to bring it to closure. It was communicated that we can continue to review the file. We did not communicate that a commitment was given!
WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO CLOSE A TRANSACTION. THE STATEMENT THAT "[WE] FINALLY STATED [THAT WE] THEY ARE FUNDING OUR DEAL... [WILL PROCEED]" GIVES THE FALSE IMPRESSION THAT WE WERE UNDER AN INITIAL OBLIGATION. THIS STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE!

Company has finally stated they are funding our deal. While I cannot remove this report completely, it is nice to see that they are going to honor their commitment for funding ourequest loan.
