so you are telling me if i now call your customer service you will give me my 74.80 back? i clicked on the email link and it says it is down already. (just asking) because if i have to be put on hold and listen to elevator music for an hour or 2 just to hear we can't do it i will not waste my time. and thank you for trying to clarify this up.

well sirs or maam's how is a person suppossed to call to cancel this service when this said person calls *numerous times throughout the day and night* and only gets all circuits busy.

 even the person at the bank tried to call and it did the same thing. your *company* makes it seem like it is endorsed by msnbc etc and it isn't even. shame on me for not reading the very small print that my bank has emailed me where it says i will be charged 74.80 within 3 days without cancelling.

 The main problem is (I would have cancelled it if i could have gotten through!!!!) but you got your money and that's all you will get. why don't you put your little catch in very big letters right up front so everyone can see it? because 90% of the people would not pay 74.80 when they thought they were going to pay 2.97. have a nice day!!!!
