CZ Energy managment, is a liar buyer in America,

He bought 11pcs of 120w led street light with photocel sensor from us in March.

He requested of voltage should be AC 277V, so we use Meanwell driver voltage is AC90-295V driver and 277v photocel sensor.

When he received lamps and install them, all lamps were not working, because his local voltage is AC285V!

that means all photocel sensor were burn out since his stupid operation.

We told him photocel burn out, but he insisted on that drivers are bad.

Driver voltage can be up to 295V as Meanwell driver is world top brand.

We request him take down driver and do test on drivers, but he did not, he rejected to send photos of driver's testing to us again and again. Also request us send all new drivers to him.

Why? drivers are not bad, he just want to get more expensive drivers to replace him others defective goods.

But why you wanna this petty profits from us? it's not fair  from us.

we can send new photocel sensor to him to replace.

But all the reason is his fault, his local voltage is AC285V!!! but he told us to do 277V on products!!!!

Spring Lighting Electronics LTD Poor Manufacture

AUTHOR: K. Diemer - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, March 25, 2016

One last thing we would like to include. We are now dealing with the manufacture of the drivers Meanwell.

They will be suppling us with new drivers. We of course have to pay for them if they work. However if the drivers work this means Spring Lighting Electronics LTD doesnt know what they are talking about and do not support their customers.

If the frivers do not work this means that Spring Lighting Electronics LTD LED lighting fixtures are very poorly built/ And once again they do not support their customers.

So we are paying for the drivers and not the manufacture Spring LIghting Electronics. So what do you have to say now Spring Lighting Electronics LTD????? You are really just a rip off company and this shows you do not support your customers.

Incorrect and they know it

AUTHOR: K. Diemer - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, March 25, 2016

We orginally filed a complaint on Spring Lighting Electronics because of the very poor quality products. We have purchase thousands of LEDs from different manufactures in China for years with great results. We are a professional Energy Management company servicing commercial structures in USA. Once in a while we may try out a new product or manufacture.

Several weeks back we purchased 11 - 120 watt parking lot pole lights from Spring LIghting Electronics. We installed 10 of the fixtures. We tested incoming voltage at poles 285 volt. Meanwell drivers are rated to handel this voltage. When we turned on power none of the fixtures came on.

We contacted Spring Lighting. We sent them pictures of the voltage and install. Spring lighting said the 285 voltage burned out the photo cells they installed. So this is of course a sign that the products was not very good. We all know that input voltage is not exact. Voltage will vary plus or less 10 %. All electronics are built knowing this.

Spring Lighting saif for us to re-wire around their photo cell. Bipass photo cell and wire to driver. We did so. We sent them pictures. Lights still do not work. There are only two other possibilities why fixtures will not work now. Either the drivers are bad or the LED fixtures are so poorly designed they will not work.

Se we requested new drivers to test lights. Spring lighting will not sent send us new drivers. Nor will they send us a new fixture to test. So we contacted DLC. DLC is the lighting program watch dogs that test manufactures lighting for efficiency and durability. DLC requested a spec sheet of the fixtures we purchased. We sent them one that was provided by Spring LIghting.

DLC informed us that Spring Lighting Electronics copied DLC logo and pasted it on the cut sheet to make it look like their LEDs are DLC certified. DLC informed us Spring LIghting lied to us. Below is a e-mail from DLC as proof. Plus we have over 20 photos to show wiring is done correctly.

Spring Lighting Electronics is a bunch of liars, fraud and should not be in business. .

to me

Kim,

Based on the spec sheet you have provided us, this product (SPL-SL02-120WS) is not listed on the QPL, nor do I see a record of it previously being listed. They are using the logo, but that appears to be a logo compliance issue. We will pass that along to the program managers for further review and action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Best,

Brady
