After 4 emails to company telling them to cancel the membership, they charged my credit card anyway. I contacted my credit card company to make them aware of this company's policy to ignore customer complaints. They have no phone number you can contact and talk to a real person, just an email address which they never open and read. What a scam! Next time I will read the internet complaints before I sign up for anything. Buyer beware...
