Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased the product and upgrade's offered along with Niche Video Site Builder - Site Flipping license. The product doesn't work, it did at one time. Contacted Dan Kappenberg at Domaining LTD to try and get a fix to the issue, he say's basically not his problem since I purchased the product prior to him buying the company Even though I have emails from him talking about the upgrades that I purchased and one from him. After sending POP and all supporting details, no further response from Dan

After a little back and forth with Dan it comes down to a change with utube that makes the script no longer work
not much else to say, he did try and help but till doesn't work. Guess thinks happen, time to move on

another view:
How come, customer like Jay Clark are bashing a company and writing a ripoffreport when Google's you tube just changed it's API and thus millions of devices doe not work!
Jay Clark, please write a ripoff report about and Google and Youtube, that's your addressing body to that problems and stop bashing on small companies and make them responsibel for problems they did not cause!

Jay Clarc lies in his Rip-off report!
We purchased the product NVSB from previous owner and were selling just few copies after wards. We did not have developers to work on a product that was not selling. Why should we?
Therefore there was no support to an old product developed by another company.
And btw., I was responding to Jay Clark, so it's not true, I did not repsond!
