Daniel Bensimon and Nuhad Karaki, Owner and CEO of Jouvence Aveda and Le shoppe Salons in Virginia and Maryland think that they are above the law by withholding funds in employee paychecks (from time worked) and refusing to return the funds if the employee is employed for less than 90 days. When asked where the money is going and exactly why it the money is being withheld, the con-artists refuse to give an answer.
