Hello, my name is Christopher Fountain, and I called this attorney to represent my brother with the corrupt state of Texas and get him out of jail.  Now, my brother was a victim of a gunshot wound, and he is suffering in the Harris County jail right now with no bond and while being deprived of medical attention. 

He I gave me a bizarre figure of $15,000 to represent my brother. Then he tells me that my brother does not deserve a bond in that if he were the judge he would not give him a bond. This is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever talked to in my entire life. I can't believe he's actually in operation today. He wanted me to pay him to represent my brother, but then he said that he can't get my brother a bond when that's what attorneys do. And by my brother not having a bond at a very violation of his civil amendment right.

With that being what it is, my brother had a public defender That was supposed to represent him but he keeps on giving me the runaround about how he can't make it in to get my brother a bond when he knows that my brother is suffering from cruel and unusual punishment. By having no bond, that is a direct violation of his civil amendment right and being deprived of medical attention that he requires including having the bullet removed out of his shoulder it's just another step for a civil lawsuit against the state of Texas. 

Now, this attorney that I'm speaking of. DAVID A BRESTON OUT OF HOUSTON TEXAS, TELLS ME OVER THE PHONE, THAT HE WANTED TO REPRESENT MY BROTHER BUT FOR $15,000. 

NO PROBLEM RIGHT? NOT QUITE, HE TELLS ME THAT IF HE WERE REPRESENTING MY BROTHER THAT HE PROBABLY CAN'T GET HIM A BOND ANYWAYS AND IF HE WERE THE JUDGE MAYBE IT'S GOOD TO KEEP HIM IN JAIL. 

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LOSERS, THAT CALL THEMSELVES PROFESSIONAL LAWYERS, WHEN IN FACT THAT THERE IS INCOMPETENT AS A TIT ON A BULL. NOW,ATTORNEY DAVID A BRESTON, IS NOT ONLY DEFINITELY, NO ONE THAT I WOULD EVER HIRE, BUT HIS ETHICS HAVE TO BE QUESTIONED WHICH I WILL REPORT THAT NEXT. 

I SWEAR TO GOD ON MY LIFE I WILL SWEAR UNDER OATH TO TESTIFY AGAINST THIS ATTORNEY IN ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL HE IS. THAT MY GOAL IS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE EXIST AND I TRULY DON'T WANT ANYONE TO BE A VICTIM OF HIS UNETHICAL PRACTICES. 

IS HE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? GOOD QUESTION. I COULD ONLY IMAGINE.

NOW I AM JUST TRYING TO HELP MY BROTHER. MY BROTHER WAS IN THE NAVY AND HE HAS A COLLEGE DEGREE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE. AND IT'S NOT UP TO SOME OVERPAID WANNABE LAWYER TO TELL ME WHAT PUNISHMENT MY BROTHER DESERVES WHEN HE'S NOT EVEN FOUND GUILTY OF A CRIME TO BEGIN WITH AND WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING MY BROTHER WHICH I NEVER HIRED BY THE WAY AND I NEVER WILL.
