De Monaco Heritage Fund Received my fee and did not reply or make a refund. Ripoff Westin Florida

I received a letter in the mail from De Monaco Heritage Fund a few months ago in reference to being selected to receive grant benefits. All I was to do was return the GRANT CONFIRMATION form along with the nominal fee of $25.00.

once this form and fee was received, my grant benefits would commence at that time. As of this date, I have not received not one cent. I am now in receipt of another letter from the same company. Document reference 4456708-101756.
