If you were "in the dark" about maintenance and other matters, why on earth did you buy this thing? Does that make the slightest bit of sense to you? Since you bought this thing and as you say, you were "kept in the dark", why is this THEIR fault instead of yours? Come on people....use some COMMON SENSE!!!
