DealExtreme.com over 1yr ago i puchased sku 12341 for $184.00USD it did not work i returned it they said they re_mailed it so i tried to confirm hong kong had no tracking number for such item when i e-mail and intern Internet

over 1-year ago i returned a defective green laser flashlight type within 30 days of receive. it did not work from day 1. SKU 12341 $184.00 USD. icalled them several times they laughed at me and pretended they were re-shipping. they gave me a tracking number and i checked it with EMS in hong kong and they told me no package was ever mailed. when i try to e-mail them the side step around the questions at hand. now they say they cannot mail this item to united states but will refund my $184.00 USD so i e-mailed them and asked them to please do so and they will not. i cant understand why they wont put this on my pay-pal account as so i can have my monies transfured back onto my credit card.
