dearsnowdrop.com sent wrong size pants with see through material Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was sent pants that I ordered, they are so tiny, not near the size i ordered. Also the material is completely see through. I sent an email and they sent a reply pretty much saying they were sorry i felt this way but they take pride in their products. The return policy is, "no returns", I should have known better.

I received a reply from the company and they told me I need to send them a picture of me wearing the (see through) pants to prove that they are too small.
