All reports on Dr Mottahedeh are false , I did this on a drug fueled rampage because she did not want to write me strong pain medicine anymore because she had gotten me better and I flipped out. I'm just a stupid junkie trying to right a wrong this woman did not deserve any of this she is the furthest thing from being a w*ore ,she is a mother and I should be shot in my head thank you.
