Transported some equipment from Ritchie Bros ND to this crooks place in OH a while back and still have not been paid. He told my collection agency he was in a bad accident. Blah,blah,blah. He also told one of my colleges in the trucking industry the reason he did not pay the transport cost was because of damge done to his machinery. Another flat out lie. He also tells same college that he is a llc company? What? he thinks that exempts him from paying bills? Collection day is coming you crook and liar. Wait for it.

I won the court case i had filed sueing this company for damages. he was a no show.i told company about damages, company said i need to file with the trucking company that hauled equipment ..that they was a broker only....the company got cussing me...told me i will get my money....the job was done on 6/15/2014.
