I filled out a request on Facebook to receive a new Dyson Vacuum. The funds were taken out and I never received the vacuum. I tried to email the company but the email address was returned and I could not get a refund through PayPal.

You gave your money to a scammer! Your money is gone. Lesson learned that never EVER do anything on Facebook because those "free or low cost" items are nothing but spam.
