I was promised and commissioned a salary as the company's vice president of sales and marketing. When the contract for my first sales contract was complete, the company refused to pay me and my position was terminated without adequate warning or explaination. This was during the holiday season. Whe I accepted the job offer, I turned down other jobs with other companies.
