THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LYING, SCAMMING, DISHONEST, CROOKS, WHO DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK WHEN THEY MESS UP!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING HUNG UP ON BY THE OWNERS WIFE AND ACCUSED OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU WHEN WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT AND YOU OFFERED!! I brought in my ring that has been in my family for well over 30 YEARS!
There was NOTHING WRONG with my ring when I dropped it off, nothing was broken on it! I had specifically discussed with Annette that my ring is over 30 years old and it needs to be completely gone through! Have all the prongs checked, have it cleaned and polished! She called me back the next day with a price, we agreed and I paid. About a week later, when I got my ring back, not even a month after a SAPPHIRE FALLS OUT!!
A SAPPHIRE THAT WAS WELL OVER 30 YEARS OLD! So I took my ring back in to them. I spoke with Annette again, she remembered me. She agreed that should not have happened and they will take care of it! The owner Ted overhears and comes over. He misunderstood the conversation and said "30 years is a long time to maintain a ring!" Annette immediately corrected him and said "No, we just had the ring a month ago and redid everything on it!"
So obviously there was no confusion that SHE KNEW that the ring was supposed to have been completely gone through, because that's what we had discussed! So they kept it and Ted said they were going to repair it and replace my sapphire. A few days go by and I get a call that they are not going to work on my ring and I need to come pick it up.
I recently took my ring in to a couple other jewelers, to actually go through my entire ring and make it like new again, including replacing my sapphire, they were all literally HALF of what Diamond Minds charged me!! THEY ARE LYING CROOKS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD, QUALITY WORK!!

About a week goes by and I get a call that they decided not to work on my ring and I need to come pick it up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? Ted told me "he did not work on my ring, but come to find out, HE DID WORK ON IT AND HE LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT IT!
I recently took my ring in to a couple other jewelers, to see about getting it fixed and having the sapphire replaced, since Ted lied to me and went back on his word! They were literally HALF of what Diamond Minds charged me!!
