DIET SUPPLEMENT have charged my PAY PAL Account for $140.80 , but my Order was only to try CBD for $4.99. I am 82 y.o. and never use CBD before.
So, by PAY PAL recommendation I have sent back to the Co. their package and ask for refund. Tr. # 9400110200829905771333 , $7.88 for return.
On my calls to the Co. was the same unswer that the BANK have declined. I have wrote many letters /emails/ to PAY PAL , but still have not refund.
PAY PAL do not monitoring transactions, but I called them about and their fraudulent practice made problems for people.
