I bought a program, DVD ripper for Mac to back up some of my DVDs

The program took so long , sometimes 20 hours to rip and often would not finish the job

I contacted their tech support and tried some of there suggests but it never fixed the problem

They had a 30 day money back guarentee but would not honor it.

I have kept up emailing them but they will not give me a refund

Hope that is enough
