Direct TV Charged 651.98 to my debit card without my authorization or knowledge resulting in a negative Balance with my bank USAA for a final bill, cancellation fee, and equipment of which I thought the bill would be arriving any day now. I called to complain, Dire Charged my debit card for 651.00 for a final bill without my knowledge or consent California Nationwide

 Direct TV charged my debit card 651.00 without my knowledge or consent for my final bill of which I was waiting to arrive in the mail! Not only did they charge without consent and knowledge, they overcharged as well. When speaking to customer service in AL, the senior manager Mallory yelled at me and said it was their right per policy to charge and that she was a senior manager and no one above her level would accept calls or complaints after I asked to speak with her boss. Needless to say I'm I found corporates number and will be calling in AM as well as my bank!

 I was hoping YOU would COPY and PASTE your exact same reply as you have on so many others. Sorry to inform you, I was NO LONGER under contract so NO I DID NOT! YOU obviously work for them give YOUR same BLAMR everyone else attitude and don't even know the full situation, not that you care because in YOUR eyes YOU all have ZERO responsibility. Amazingly, YOU have multiple class action suits as well as small claims court suits brought against you for the very same thing and WE are winning NOT YOU because of YOUR shadey practices that ARE unlawful and NOT clearly spelled out on page 3! For starters page 3 indicates "for your convinence...." THIS is NOT for MY convevince it is for YOURS. So you can go elsewhere with your copy and pasted reply while I continue MY journey to small claims court. Let's not forget to mention YOUR lack of customer service! Talk about DEFAME....it's NOT Defame if it's TRUE and YOU are BUDTED for the same practice time and time again. So while YOU blame everyone that's a customer for shady practices (I sincerely hope you endure the same someday along with poor customer service) I will continue my journey to small claims court and let YOU and whoever else read the judgement!

 When YOU first initiated YOUR service, YOU were asked to READ and SIGN paperwork. Had YOU taken just a few moments of your time and ACTUALLY READ what YOU were asked to sign then YOU would have seen that IF you cancel your service while still under the contract, YOU gave DTV EXPRESS permission to take whatever amount that is owed DIRECTLY from the card that YOU have on file. Its OK, just admit that YOU boned yourself by NOT READING. THAT is why YOU call it a ripoff. Because YOU were provided the information but CHOSE to NOT READ IT!!! Kinda funny how quickly YOU get to embarrass yourself by making a post that is FALSE and all because YOU couldnt be bothered to READ!!!
