discount gold brokers Calif. I ordered Gold and silver with a wire transfer on April 2nd 2013 and have yet to recieve my product. After several calls and being refered to shipping still nothing but empty promises.The fact that these people can conduct Business this way is not right. Internet California

Wow! This just proves to me that anyone can be misslead by the internet business. I ordered gold and silver from DGB on 4/2/2013 and sent a wire to pay for my purchase and received an invoice and a website to track my purchase. When you read the website it states 2 to 8 weeks. Not going to happen for me . Be careful with yor orders from this and other internet purchases as they are dangerous at best. Not a person that will let this stand!

Hi Discount Gold Brokers Customers
I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. You may reproduce the actual order or provide the link to our website where it is posted: dbo.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2013/DiscountGoldBrokers_dr.pdf.
As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.
