Discount Pumps contacted us by phone to say they just realized we had a problem.. They have credited us the amount of the pump and are also sending the pump which we still want.
Seems it was just an oversight on their part and they have made good for the error.

We are a company in California and we ship nationwide and to Canada. This was a Canadian order and we shipped this product to the customer the next business day by USPS, as we always do with Canadian orders to keep the cost of the duty tax down to a minimum. This package never made it to the customer, possibly lost or hung up in customs or stolen. However as soon as we found out about this complaint we issued a full refund and also re shipped the small pump to the customer as a show of good faith. We ship hundreds fo pumps, fountains and other pond supplies every month and it is rare that an order will get lost in the mail. However, our goal as a company is to sell quality products at a discount and to give good customer service. We have an "A" rating with the BBB and our goal is to keep it that way.
