Discounts Superstore Scammed me! Did not send computer after I made purchase

I feel like an idiot. I should have been suspicious when they offered additional savings to go through paypal and use the 'friends and family' discount. I was trying to purchase a new computer on Cyber Monday of all days and they took my order but did not send me a computer. I have been waiting for over almost a month. Their webiste seems legit but there is no customer service, no phone number and really no way of holding anyone liable. I disupted this through paypal and my claim was denied. I'm out nearly $800 and we were struggling so hard already just to afford a computer for our business. This hurts bad.
