eclub billed my friends credit card that he said i could use to get dish network. then when he got his credit card statement there was a charge for eclub satellite protection. so i called them to ask what they were doing but all i got was leave a message ,so i did but they never called me back. but what i don't get is how they can put another charge on his card without his consent.
