The photographer(Joanne Posse) has been contracted for about 3-5 jobs over the past two years. She has been paid for her work in the past.

I would like to know what photographers/freelancers who have no been paid because based on our records all of photographers and videographers have been paid.

My company has been in business for 19 years in the same location. The company has photographed over 200 last year,we have a letter of recommendation from the Cardinal of Philadelphia as well as a A+ rating with Better Business Bureau of PA.

Joanne Posse was contracted to shoot an event for two hours and the client agreed to pay the photographer when she arrived.She agreed to this. For some reason she never asked the client for money which was going to be cash.

When I recieved the invoice in the mail I was surprised because she was to be paid by the client. When I talked to her about the job she says to me its not my job to ask to get paid, its your job and starts yelling thru the phone when I said I will need track down the client for the payment. ($188.00)I also then asked her why she didn't ask the client for the money and she said the directions where not good so she arrived at the brides house late.

So I guess she felt funny asking for the money since she was late. I told her that she would get paid. She sounded calmer over the phone and then she said she had been stressed out by trying to get paid from all her clients. Then I said to her good thing you have a husband who has a second income. Then she said he is in sales and they are slow right now. I never said I would never pay her because her husband works. That is rude,slanderous and a lie.

I recieve an email from her office manager Carla stating that if we don't pay the amount that "we will tell other photographers". Let me get this right, since your photographer didn't ask the client for her payment, and now I need to track them and they didn't respond, your going to threaten me.

A month later goes by, she then has an attorney yell and scream thru the phone at my intern to pay her. We have contacted the client and have paid the payment of$190.00 to Joanne Posse Photography.

As far as disguising my voice there is no need to I have a great staff off interns that answer the phones and if I am not shooting or in a meeting I will talk with everyone. Please call the studio if you have any questions.Thank you.
