I'm sorry but I cannot recall who you are. I apologize for this but if you can please let me know who you are so that I can help make you a happy and satisfied, I would love the opportunity to do so.

However if this is the lady from the bay area I would love the opportunity to speak to you one on one.

Because I gave you a full refund we discussed that you could not afford to go through with all the work that you wanted to have done,

I understood and gave you a full refund so therefore I am not sure why you're writing this if this is you however if it's not please accept my apology.
