Don Muzzy bought his uncle's, Bob Zell, company. With this purchase he is responsible for any guaranteed work from Bob. I paid Bob $17,900 for a new roof. Bob left some work undone when he sold the company to Donny.
Donny refuses to complete the job which Bob was paid to do. For a year he kept telling me in two weeks he would come and change the ceiling tiles which were damaged when the new roof leaked. He has never shown up.

As a new business owner I would never agree to fix something that someone else got paid to do for free.I would be out of business really fast.I'm really sorry about the situation, maybe trying to get in touch with Bob is your best option. Thank you very much

Regardless, Donnie promised, on numerous occasions, to fix this problem free of charge only to never show up or call. He obviously is not a man of his word.

I'm the owner of the company, I never bought Bob Zell Construction there for I am not liable for what Bob Zell Construction did.
