People, just for the record I am getting Donald Bankston prosecuted for a misdeam eanor charge on Feb 11 2009 and part of the sentence is full restitution to me which was 3900 dollars. If you think I am full of bs then come to van nuys court division 155 at 10 am ans see for yourself. As for the jack a*s who left the previous comment, that's Donald himself trying to defame me. Who's ridiculous now Donald? Now you will have a record so the next time you screw someone over you'll get charged with a felony and you'll be on your way to jail buddy boy. This SOB has ripped people off for over 200k in 3-4 months, he thought or planned that he can take your money, never do s**t for you and then the only way you can come after him is through civil recourse. Unfortunately, that's not how the wheels of justice turns, they may turn slow but not stupid. Taking peoples money for services that never got delivered is a crime, and it's major crime when it's like 40 people suffering the same fate from the same person. People may I suggest you go to your law enforcement agencies and file a criminal complaint against this basterd. He''s already getting charged with a crime on the 11th, when that conviction hits it will make it a lot easier for your police to go after him because now you can establish a pattern and a motive from this lying monster. Donald is a 21 year old white boy from temecula, doesnt know s**t about business and doesnt even know what a tradeline is. He saw how all these con aretists were ripping people off with tradeline scams so he wanted to get it on it. He never had any intention of doing what he promised he was gonna do. He is a smooth talker and a great liar, but that's all. For all of you who has been ripped off by him and want to see him in person then you know where he'll be on the 11th of feb division 155, van nuys court 9 am. I have done plenty of business with this gentlemen and not once has he ever "ripped me off" or screwed me in any way! He is a great business man and I think you are ridiculous posting this about him. And trying to prosecute..that's a little ridiculous.
